1-Rocksport day programs are a mix of adventure and team bonding games. It is advisable to wear sports attire or at least shorts shoes.

2-Participants will be able to enjoy the complete Rocksport experience only if they reach on time. We suggest you reach 10 minutes prior to the starting time at the venue.

3-If the participants arrive late due to any reason, whatsoever, they are subjected to miss the meals and activities as per the time mentioned in the itinerary.

4-Discounted packages cannot be clubbed with any other offers or schemes.

5-Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, cancelled, or refunded.

6-If any of the activities are not fully operational due to technical or safety reasons, they will not be substituted or compensated.

7-Identity proof is required at the time of arrival. (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card)

8-Rocksport will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the guest, outside or third party.

9-Rocksport reserves the rights to refuse entry to the participant in the campsite for violating camp rules, illegal activities or fail to comply with any security measures.

10-No outside food or drinks are allowed on the camp.

11-Ticket rates and governing conditions are subject to change without any prior notice.

12-All images used in all communications are for descriptive and representation purpose only.

13-Tickets are valid for a single entry only.

14-M-Ticket/Print out of the packages purchased online is mandatory at the time of entry.

15-Parking is free but at owners’ risk.

16-Pictures clicked during the program can be used for promotional purpose of Great Rocksport Pvt. Ltd.

17-Rocksport “Free Ticket for a child” offer policies are as follows:

-Free Entry Ticket for a Child between 5 – 11 years of age. I-f the child is 12 years or above, then a flat discount of INR 850 will be given in lieu of the free ticket. -Minimum 01 paid adult mandatory with the child to avail the offer. Offer is valid till 31st March 2021.
